Welcome to Inbrace therapy

Inbrace is a chimera of the words “inner” and “embrace”. The journey to wellness can feel lonely, but as a trauma informed somatic counsellor I take this journey with you, aiding you in processing and learning from your life experiences using many modalities including Psychotherapy, Polyvagal Theory and Somatic Processing.

The mind-body connection is the key to understanding our experiences. You will learn to work with the nervous system as we build capacity for dealing with both everyday struggles and deeper issues that affect our mental health and well being. We will release stuck trauma in the body and explore your life experiences that have led you to seek therapy. Understanding your inner workings helps you to extend compassion to yourself and engage better with others and your environment.

The combination of holistic work and gentle compassionate guidance will help you to find the answers that are already inside of you. We will restore balance, calmness and ease into your life whist bringing your inner self back to life. We will work together to process the issues that brought you to therapy, and allow the true self to emerge. We will once more find what brings you joy and a zest for life.
